Do you ship worldwide? Yes. We proudly ship to customers all around the world.
Where do you ship from? Orders are shipped from our logistics facility in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because we aim to process and ship orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, orders cannot be altered. If your order has already shipped, you may return it for a full refund once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched.During holidays or high-volume sale periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order? Due to high demand and international logistics, orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks.
What if I don’t receive my order? If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?The prices displayed on our site are tax-free (USD). Depending on your country’s customs laws, you may be responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by us. Customs delays are also outside of our control. For specific details, please contact your local customs authority.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged? If you received a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please reach out to us immediately. Include your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. If paid by credit or debit card, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the cancellation.
