  • Processing time is typically 1–3 business days from the date your order is placed.

  • Once your order has been processed, it is handed over to our shipping partners and you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note: During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.


  • If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at contact@livoeasy.com so we can try to correct it before processing.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

We understand how frustrating it is to wait longer than expected.


  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the shipping date, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Before that time, please allow for possible carrier or customs delays.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order:
